Complete setup guide

Follow each step before filling the form. Every section links to the matching part of the setup page.

Gmail App Password

  1. Turn on 2-Step Verification.
  2. Open App Passwords.
  3. Create one named MailPulse.
  4. Copy the 16-character password.
  5. Use it in the form — never your normal Gmail password.
Tip: IMAP is enabled by default on Gmail. No extra settings needed for most accounts.

Senders to watch

One sender per line. Matching is case-insensitive.

noreply@fiverr.com
upwork.com

Only new unread emails from these senders will trigger an alert.

Telegram Free

  1. Message @BotFather → /newbot.
  2. Copy your bot token.
  3. Message @userinfobot for your chat ID.
  4. Open your bot and tap Start once.

WhatsApp Optional

  1. Send Hi from your WhatsApp to the MailPulse sender (+2348080369546) — required once per number.
  2. Enable WhatsApp in setup or Settings.
  3. Enter your number with Nigeria country code, no + (e.g. 2348012345678).
  4. Save — MailPulse sends a test message to confirm it works.
Tip: Use the same number you use on WhatsApp daily. Telegram and email still work as backups.
